Shipping Information
Standard Shipping Charges are as follows:
UK Orders - A flat rate of £3.99 (second class) will be charged on all UK Orders, delivered to UK addresses.
First class and other delivery options will be offered to you at checkout.
International Orders - Non UK Orders delivered outside of the UK will be charged £15.00 (upto 2kg) per item.
Please Note:Some International orders may require additional shipping charges.
If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you via e-mail for your approval of the added amount.
Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not added into our shipping charges.
After an item is shipped, all transactions that involve Customs are between the customer and Customs and does not involve Little Red Dog Shop.
Returns & Exchanges
Little Red Dog Shop will accept merchandise for exchange or credit only, with credit being good for 1 year from date of purchase.
Merchandise must be returned to us in it's original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
